Booking Policy + Session Agreement

By booking a service with Psyren, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following policies, expectations, and session terms. These policies are in place to protect the integrity of the work, create clarity around the booking process, and ensure that each session is held with mutual respect, honesty, and care.

1. Services and Session Format

Psyren offers spiritual guidance and cartomancy services through a variety of formats, including email delivery, recorded video delivery, live video sessions, phone sessions, text-based services, and limited in-person offerings.

Each service is structured differently, and it is the client’s responsibility to book the format that best suits their needs.

Service formats may include:

  • email-delivered readings

  • recorded video readings

  • live video sessions

  • phone sessions

  • text response services

  • live chat sessions

  • pendulum-based question services

  • limited in-person private readings

  • event or party reading requests by approval only

Please read each service description carefully before booking. Short-form services, quick answer services, and Direct Line offerings are not the same as full-length readings and should not be expected to provide the same depth, breadth, or level of exploration.

2. Booking Eligibility and Client Responsibility

By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are voluntarily choosing to receive spiritual guidance or intuitive services.

You are responsible for:

  • selecting the correct service

  • providing accurate contact information

  • submitting your questions clearly when applicable

  • attending your scheduled session on time

  • reading all service descriptions, policies, and intake details before purchase

If you are unsure what to book, you are encouraged to review the service descriptions or submit an inquiry before purchasing.

3. Turnaround Times for Non-Live Readings

Most non-live readings are delivered within 1 to 3 days unless otherwise stated in the service description.

This generally applies to services such as:

  • email readings

  • pendulum responses delivered by email

  • text response readings, when not delivered live

  • recorded readings

  • certain add-on services

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, though every effort will be made to deliver within the stated window. Larger, more detailed, or higher-volume services may require additional time if noted in the listing.

Clients are asked to allow the full stated turnaround period before following up about delivery.

4. Live Session Scheduling and Attendance

Live sessions take place at the scheduled appointment time selected during booking.

For live video readings, clients may choose between the approved platforms offered at booking. At this time, live video sessions are offered through Google Meet or Zoom. Discord is not offered as a session platform.

For phone or live chat services, clients must ensure they are available and reachable at the scheduled appointment time.

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for the session. A brief grace period may be allowed at Psyren’s discretion, but late arrival does not extend the booked session beyond its scheduled end time. If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened accordingly.

Repeated lateness, missed communication, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Because appointments require time, energy, and schedule reservation, all bookings are subject to the following policies:

  • Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows are generally non-refundable.

  • If a client does not attend a live session, answer communication at the scheduled time, or otherwise fails to appear for the booked service, the session may be considered forfeited.

Reasonable flexibility may be extended in genuine emergencies at Psyren’s discretion, but repeated rescheduling or unreliable attendance is not guaranteed accommodation.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic, time-based, and personalized nature of these services, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • completed readings

  • services already prepared or delivered

  • dissatisfaction with the message received

  • outcomes that do not align with personal expectations

  • sessions missed by the client

  • failure to read the service description before booking

A booking secures time, labor, energy, and preparation. For that reason, refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind after purchase.

If Psyren must cancel a booking and rescheduling is not possible, an appropriate refund or credit may be considered.

7. Direct Line and Short-Form Service Boundaries

Direct Line services, quick response services, pendulum yes/no offerings, and other short-form options are designed for focused guidance, not ongoing unlimited access.

These services are limited to the number of questions, amount of time, or delivery format purchased. Booking one of these options does not establish open-ended communication, continued follow-up, or unlimited clarification beyond the scope of the service.

If additional support, continued discussion, or deeper interpretation is needed, a new service must be booked.

This boundary is important to preserve clarity, fairness, and energetic sustainability for both client and reader.

8. In-Person Private Readings

In-person private readings are offered on a limited and selective basis for local clients within the Chicagoland area.

Whenever possible, there is a preference for clients to travel to Psyren’s general area rather than requiring Psyren to travel outward. This supports safety, time management, scheduling efficiency, and energetic steadiness.

If client-requested travel is approved, an additional transportation or travel fee may apply based on location, distance, timing, and current rideshare costs.

In-person sessions must be arranged in advance. Booking availability is limited, and not all requests will be accepted.

Exact location details will only be shared after the booking has been approved and confirmed.

9. Event and Party Bookings

Event, group, or party readings are not instant-book services and must be requested or approved in advance.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Event work may require custom pricing, a deposit, timing limits, location coordination, travel discussion, and additional terms based on the nature of the event.

Because of the preparation and logistics involved, event bookings may be subject to separate policies or agreements where needed.

10. Add-Ons and Upgrades

Add-ons such as oracle enhancement, pendulum add-ons, combined systems, or recorded video upgrades apply only to eligible services and must be booked in connection with a qualifying session.

Add-ons do not convert a short reading into a full-length session unless explicitly stated in the service description.

Clients are responsible for selecting add-ons carefully and reviewing what is included before purchase.

11. Communication Boundaries

All communication is expected to remain respectful, appropriate, and professional.

Booking a service does not grant unlimited personal access to Psyren outside the scope of the purchased offering. Excessive messaging, repeated attempts to obtain unpaid follow-up, disrespectful conduct, coercive behavior, or disregard for stated boundaries may result in refusal of service, cancellation of future bookings, or termination of communication.

Psyren reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue a booking if a situation feels unsafe, inappropriate, exploitative, or misaligned.

12. Ethical Scope of Services

Readings and intuitive services are offered as spiritual guidance, reflection, and insight. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, mental health, psychological, or financial advice.

No guarantees are made regarding future outcomes, exact timing, personal decisions, or external behavior. All readings should be received as guidance, not absolute certainty.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and life choices after a session.

13. Topics and Boundaries of Practice

Psyren reserves the right to decline questions or topics that fall outside personal, ethical, or professional boundaries.

Services are intended to support reflection, clarity, discernment, and intuitive guidance. They are not intended to replace qualified professional services or encourage harmful dependency.

If a question, request, or dynamic is not a fit, service may be declined or redirected.

14. Accuracy of Information and Contact Details

Clients are responsible for entering the correct email address, phone number, and booking details at the time of purchase.

Psyren is not responsible for delays or missed communication caused by inaccurate contact information, inaccessible inboxes, spam filtering, full voicemail boxes, or client-side technical issues.

Clients are encouraged to check spam or promotions folders if they are awaiting an email-delivered service.

15. Platform and Technology Limitations

For live video, phone, chat, or digitally delivered services, occasional technical issues may occur. Reasonable efforts will be made to complete the booked service as smoothly as possible.

If a platform issue arises on Psyren’s side, the session may be resumed, rescheduled, or otherwise reasonably accommodated.

If technical issues arise on the client side due to device problems, internet instability, unfamiliarity with the platform, or missed communication, accommodation will be at Psyren’s discretion and may not result in extra session time.

16. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

Psyren reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel a booking at any time if necessary due to safety concerns, repeated boundary violations, abusive behavior, unethical requests, misrepresentation, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances that make the service inappropriate to continue.

When possible, reasonable notice will be given.

17. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, submitting an intake form, or proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms in full.

These policies exist to support a clear, respectful, and well-held experience for everyone involved.
