Some things are just easier to work through when you’re sitting across from someone and can stay with the conversation as it unfolds.

What This Is Like
In-person sessions have a different kind of presence to them.
You’re able to ask things as they come up, pause when something actually hits, and follow a thread without losing it to a screen or a time delay. There’s more room to focus, to clarify in the moment, and to stay with what’s unfolding instead of trying to piece it together afterward.
For a lot of people, that alone makes the session feel clearer, more grounded, and easier to take with you when you leave.
