How Communication Works

I use a dedicated number for client communication, booked text-based responses, and scheduled phone readings. It keeps things cleaner, clearer, and easier on both ends.

For text-based Direct Line bookings, your response is delivered by text message. Live chat and phone bookings are scheduled in advance and handled through the purchased time block.

Please Note

All Direct Line services are prepaid and intentionally time-bound.

Text Responses include the purchased response only. They do not include open-ended texting, extra questions, or ongoing follow-up beyond what was booked.

Live Chat and Phone Readings begin at the scheduled start time and end when the selected time block closes. Time is not automatically extended, and any continued conversation, additional questions, or deeper follow-up will require a new booking or add-on.

My client line is reserved for booked services and client communication. It is not a free-flow advice line, a casual drop-in space, or a loophole for unpaid extra time.
